Advanced PLC Panel

3 type of different bending angles are made through PLC. Hence it saves time and increases production.
The latest control panel is easy to maintain due to its well thought design and it also eradicates water clogging.
Circuit diagram is pasted inside the panel for proper guidance. The wiring is done along with labeling for proper identification.

Synthetic Oil

This oil is used instead of conventional gear oil, which eliminates oil changing and it comes with life time warranty. It gives low & high temperature viscosity performance. It has resistance to oxidation, thermal breakdown and oil sludge problems. It also helps in longer life of the gear box.

Limit Switches

The machine has two limit switches, one at front & other at back. They are used to sense home position, degree of bend as shown in above image. It is fitted below the top plate. The limit switch is used to restrict the rotation of the bend wheel in 360 degrees. This allows getting the exact bent for the selected angle.

Stirrup Measuring Arrangement

It is provided for measuring the bar length is fixed by tightening stopper plate bush during bending operation.

Bending Pin & Hard Chrome Plate

Stirrup bending pin, stirrup pressure pin & stirrup support plate with Hard Chrome plate is provided for better surface finish & for prevention from rust.

Planetary Gear Box

Planetary gear box has outstanding power transmission efficiencies with 97% of input energy transmission.
High torque and reduced load inertia with gradual reduction of speed gives longer life without any jerks to gearboxes.

User Friendly Foot Pedal

The Machine is operational only when the foot pedal is kept pressed and once the foot is removed, the machine stops, thus providing safe operation. It also comes with foot guard cover for higher safety from hazards at construction sites.
