Spartan, a national leader in manufacturing of Construction Hoist has developed an Advanced Emergency Firemen Evacuation Lift.
The key feature of this lift is, that it can be customised as per the design of the Existing or New Building and its made of fire proof panel which can withstand fire upto 2 hours, thus aiding in emergency evacuation of people trapped during the fire.
It is suitable for all types of construction starting from three storey structure to 90 storeys.
It is suitable for all types of structures like Residential & Commercial High Rise Buildings upto 400 mtr. height, Hospitals, Hotels, Factories, Refineries etc.
Our Lifts adhere to the safety norms set by the CFO of Mumbai Fire Brigade.
Currently PWD or BMC approvals are not required for this Firemen Emergency Lifts for new projects.

It comes with 2 Hours Fire rated and insulated panels to resist the fire and prevent heat to enter inside the cage.
High quality ceramic wool between the panel is given which has excellent insulation and fire resistance.
Sealed design door prevents smoke from entering inside the cage.
Sheet metal panel made of SS304 is provided which gives life time protection against corrosion.
It comes with Horizontal sliding door easy and effortless operation.
Emergency light is provided inside the cage.
Fire rated vision panel is provided to give clear view of out side the cage.
Transparent fire rated rectangular window is provided of size 300mm x 600mm (1' x2')
All hardware used in cage assembly are SS which gives longer life and protection against corrosion.
Both side door design also available.

Over Traction hoist design meets EN1808 safety standard.
Hoist motor with electro magnetic brake motor: This Nord make gear motor comes with electromagnetic brake system. Electromagnetic brake system stop the cage immediately in case of power failure, thereby overdine cage from slipping down.
Manual release lever is provided on motor: By pulling this lever persons trapped in the cage can evacuate themselves in case of emergency or power failure.

A winch is a mechanical device that is used topull in [wind up] or let out [wind out] or otherwise adjust the tension of a rope or wirerope.
Electromagnetic brakes can develop a negative power which represents nearly twice the maximum power output of a typical engine. Electromagnetic brakes work in a relatively cool condition and satisfies all the energy requirements of braking at high speeds, completely without the use of friction.

Busbar fitted on Guide rail through fixing bracket.
Current collected is mounted on the café which moves along with cage.
Proven technology of Busbar is provided to eliminate power cable failure.
Unlike cables, this busbar system will not be affected by wind, rain and other bad weather and it ensures safety of the maintenance persons.
It comes into 3 meter length module which is very easy to install and remove.

Screen touch Display: It will show status of manual or auto mode.
Keypad is available on display screen to enter the desire floor number.
Auto / Manual Mode switch: To switch the mode from auto to manual
Up / Down Push Button: To operate lift in manual mode once press up or down button lift will start moving and by releasing button lift will stop).
On / Off SwitchTo ON or OFF the remote control.
Wireless remote control is provided inside the lift, due to which cabin movement function will never effect even in worst fire condition.
