Inline Helical geared motor

• European make inline helical bevel geared type high efficiency geared motor is provided. IP 55 protection, Quiet operation. It gives Extended lubrication life, Longer gear and bearing life, Low maintenance and longer life.

Centrifugal Brake

• The safety device is fitted on the separate plate in the carriage. The safety device is actuated by a centrifugal force and stops the cage in case the speed exceeds 0.4 m/s & more by normal travelling speed in accordance with hoist standard EN12159.

Guide Rollers

• All Guide rollers are anti corrosive & Hard chrome plated.
• Eccentricity limit marking on eccentric shaft makes easy roller adjustment.
• Self align lever roller is provided at top and bottom of carriage.

Wall Tie

• Telescopic type wall tie is adjustable within specific limits.
• Robust wall tie design gives stability to the mast of Tie interval 6mtr. is provided.
• Epoxy painted surface keeps wall tie corrosion free.

Electromagnetic brake system

• In case of power failure, hoist can be lowered down manually by releasing the hand lever brake.

Mechanical Lock

• Mechanical lock is provided for extra safety during maintenance & installation.

Electrically operated Mast Erectio Jib

• Electrically operated mast erection jib makes erection easy and effortless.

Mast

• Mast is constructed from high quality, standard tube, incorporated with sheet metal bend angle. Mast is Fabricated through fixture, hence it gives Uniform mast quality and dimension.

Rack searching limit switch

• It is provided as an additional safety feature.

Top, Bottom & Final Limit Switches

• It is provided to prevent over travel of machine and for safe operation.

RCCB

• It is used to provide protection from small current leakage arising due to accidental touch by human or due to insulation failure.

SMPS

• It converts from AC to 24 volt DC electric power efficiently. Hence it is safe and increases life of electrical parts in control panel.

Thermal Overload Relays

• It gives protection to motors in the event of overload or phase failure.

Emergency Stop

• Emergency push button is provided on operating panel which can be used in any emergency condition to stop the hoist immediately

Wireless Remote

• It is provided for easy Hoist operation.

Cable Protection Device

• It is attached to the cable arm to prevent cable damage.

Optional Features

Floor Selection / HMI

• Touch screen HMI will be provided to select the floor number.
• Selected floor number and current floor number shown on display.
• All Fault Indication will be shown on display.

Load Cell Assembly

• Overload protection.
• Pin type Load cell has fitted on the carriage and it will not allow the hoist to move if the cage is overloaded than its permissible load.
