It follows Storage processes like FIFO, Specified Material Storage Location System and Quality Management System tools like 1S & 2S. Spartan has well organised store for spares managed by experienced & skilled staff. It is placed in such a way that you can locate any material instantly due to it’s coding system on each rack. Accessibility is equally fast due to its strategic placement.Â
Stores department follows various processes like FIFO (First In First Out), 5S and Kaizen, making it efficient. Inventory and stock is maintained through Tally Tools.Spartan’s Genuine Spares is equally important part of the store. It follows a bar coding system which makes the despatch of the parts faster by 2 times and help for easy traceability of parts. Spare Part division has maintained the movement of Fast moving parts within 1 day and slow moving parts within 2 days.
