Easy adjustment Knob

This is to bend rebars at various of diameter spirals.

Pitch adjustment point with screw jacking system

It is done to adjust pitch of spiral bend.

Inbuilt Scale

It is inbuilt on roller adjustment blocks for accuracy and it also reduces time of adjustment.

Planetary gear box

It has an outstanding power transmission efficiency with 97% of input energy transmission. High torque and reduced load inertia with gradual reduction of speed gives longer life without any jerks to gearboxes.

Synthetic Oil

This oil is used instead of conventional gear oil, which eliminates oil changing and it comes with life time warranty. It gives low & high temperature viscosity performance. It has resistance to oxidation, thermal breakdown and oil sludge problems. It also helps in longer life of the gear box.

User friendly Foot Pedal

The Machine is operational only when the foot pedal is kept pressed and once the foot is removed, the machine stops, thus providing safe operation. It also comes with foot guard cover for higher safety against hazards at construction sites.

Rollers

It is ENP plated for protection against rust.
