Rebar Collector Stand

  • Rebar collector stand is provided to safely store rebar. It safely stores rebar after cutting hence handling is easy. Also prevents movement of rebar during cutting operation. Middle members of stand to be welded at site by customer by using Rebar rod.

Synthetic Oil

  • This oil is used instead of conventional gear oil, which eliminates oil changing and it comes with life time warranty. It gives low & high temperature viscosity performance. It has resistance to oxidation, thermal breakdown and oil sludge problems. It also helps in longer life of the gear box.

Flywheel Diameter

  • Flywheel diameter increased to get maximum power. (1.5 times movement of inertia increased).
  • Stroke impact power increased. Easily cuts high tensile and ready to take advance high tensile rebar.

Planetary Gear Box

  • Planetary gear box is having outstanding power transmission efficiencies with 97% of input energy transmission.
  • High torque and reduced load inertia with gradual reduction of speed gives longer life and no jerks to gearboxes.

Additional Groove

  • It is provided inside the cutting body to improve lubrication in shaft support bearing. It increases life of shaft support and other interconnect internal components.

Rod Guide Plate

  • Rod guide plate is a feature which provides guide to the cutting rod. Hardened plate is provided for TMT Bar guide to avoid wear and tear of basic machine body.

Safety Plate

  • A smart mechanical interlock system for safety plate which doesn’t allow the operator to operate it in case of safety plate being left open. This avoids any physical injury to the operator.

Double Stage Helical Gear Arrangement

  • Double Gear gives more torque and increases the life of blades. It also reduces noise and eliminates lapping type. It gives better performance as it resists more cutting force than conventional spur gears.

Movable Jig Locator

  • Movable Jig Locator freely moves around pin & is easily removable during the maintenance. This eliminates jamming problem caused due to dust accumulation. Induction Hardening is provided to avoid oval shape to appear due to high impact of rod on movable Jig Locator.
