Electrical Safety Test

• Electric panel goes through Safety test and emission test as per IEC/EN 60204-1:2006, conducted by government testing body.
• LV-HV Test:- It was conducted to ensure sustainability of electrical component.
• Emission Test:- It was conducted to ensure that emission by machine is within limit & not harmful to Operator & environment equipments.

Superior Finish Machine Body

• Body is made of high quality Steel, 7 tank process is followed to activate surface for powder coat bonding and final coat of high quality PP (Pure polyester) powder coating is done.
• Superior finish and long life corrosion protection, increases machine life and reduces maintenance cost.

Flywheel & Front Bonnet

• We provide Flywheel Bonnet for protect motor to avoid accidents at site.
• It prevents motor and other components from dust.
• We provide front bonnet to prevent heavy duty spring from dust.

Safety Plate

• It prevents the bars to fly after cutting the bar.
• This feature provides safety to the operator.
• It provides mechanical interlock with safety plate to avoid operation of cutting blade when safety plate is open.

Guide Roller & Lifting Hook

• This helps hassle-free handling of bars during operations.
• This also provides support to the bar when you measure and mark them.
• We provide lifting hook for easy lift the machine during transportation.

Capacity Chart & Handle With Spartan Logo

• This is job aid given to the operator while performing the cutting task.
• The operator can look at the chart before cutting the bars to decide the combination of bars to be cut at a time. It prevents overloading of the machine and reduces the waste.
• Metal handle is provided with grip for comfort
• Capacity chart provided machines for selection of TMT bar as per grade.
• Operating handle with grip gives comfortable to operator.

Rebar Collector Stand

• Rebar collector stand is provided to store rebars safely.
• It safely stores rebar after cutting, hence handling is easy.
• It also prevents movement of rebar during cutting operation.

High Quality V-belt

• High quality V-belt is used for transmitting power.
• There is high Power transmission due to wedging action in the grooved pulley & higher velocity ratio can be obtained. It is Compact, quiet, shock absorbing & drive positive. It also provides longer life, smooth starting, running, easily installed & removed.

Oil Level Indicator & Motor Adj. Screw

• When the machine continues running the belt length increases due to tension so to maintain the tightness of the belt this arrangement is provided.
• By adjusting the screw the belt can loosed or tightened.
• At the time of maintenance the belt is easily removed or fitted by adjusting this screw
• We provide oil level indicator for checking oil level in the machine.
• It is placed at the bottom which is easily visible to operator.

Dynamic Balancing

• Dynamic balancing is done for each flywheel to ensure the balancing accurately.
• Dynamic balancing of flywheel reduces noise of rotating parts due to vibration & increases the life of components.
• This allows the machine to run smoothly.

Energy Efficient Motor

• Energy efficient IE2 Motors are used. It has international warranty. It is placed at the bottom side which is easily visible to operator.
• Energy efficient motor, less running cost, Enhanced motor life and it comes with international warranty.
• Cost of IE2 Motor is 10% higher then IE1 but the advantage for end user is a considerable reduction in running costs over the lifecycle of the IE1 rated motor.

High Strength Blade

• High strength blade made of tool steel material is provided for cutting operation. Its unique design allows to use all four edges of the blade for cutting.
• One Edge process = 100 Ton material.
• All Four Edges (Single Blade) process= 400 Ton material.
• Blade with high carbon shock resisting tool steel provides excellent wear resistance.
• Four edges can be used by flipping blade sides

Genuine Spare Part

• Blades are provided with engraved Spartan logo which indicates genuineness
• Spartan provide engrave blade with Spartan logo for identification of genuine spare part.
• All spares used in Spartan machines have an ERP code so that identification of the correct part is easier.
• Drawings are available for each machine with their part name and ERP code for customer usage.
• Customer has to provide ERP code & part name

Branded Bearing

• Branded SKF / FAG heavy duty bearings with double seal are used for longer life.
• Reliable branded bearing with shock resistance is provided.
• Its life is longer than local make & improves performance and gives breakdown free operation.

Leveling Stand With Spirit

• Levelling Stand is provided for fixing machine without Tilt on uneven surface & ensures proper levelling of the machine.
• Levelling Stand helps to fix machine properly & firmly, This ensures proper levelling of the machine.

Mechanical Interlock

• Mechanical interlock is provided on safety plate for operational safety.
• Metal Handle is provided with grip for comfort.
• Safety plate with mechanical interlock does not allow to operate machine unless safety plate is close.
• It provides safety to the operator.
• Comfortable handling and grip through handle for easy operating.

Movable Jig Locator With Self Lock

• Movable jig locator is provided with self locking for proper guiding of TMT bar.
• Movable jig locator provided with self locking arrangement for proper guiding of TMT bar process during operation.

Taper Support Plate

• Taper support plate is provided for properly guiding TMT bar into slot with easy sliding.
• TMT bar easily slides into cutting slot & prevents damage of Blade manufacturing Block.

Voltmeter & Work Hour Meter

• Voltmeter is provided to check fault of electric supply & Voltmeter to detect Voltage drop in power supply. Work Hour Meter is provided for evaluating hours of work done on machine.

Tool Box With Accessories

• Inbuilt Tool box.
• Tool box is provided to store tool kit, manual & machine accessories.

Voltage Protection Relay

• VPR (voltage protection relay) added inside the starter box.
• Its protect machine and motor from high / low

DOL Starter

• Branded Siemens make DOL starter.
• Operator can easily start and stop the machine by using the DOL starter.
• It is easily accessible to the operator.
• VPR is provided in DOL stater to protect during voltage fluctuation.

TMT Bar Locking For Measuring Arrangement

• We provide locking arrangement to fix TMT bar it, so the operator can easily mark & measure the cutting length.
