Electrical Safety Test

Electric panel goes through safety test and emission test as per IEC/EN 60204-1:2006, conducted by government testing body.
LV-HV Test:- It was conducted to ensure sustainability of electrical component.
Emission Test:- It was conducted to ensure that emission by machine is within limit & not harmful to Operator & environment equipments.
These tests are confirms sustainability of electrical panel and components as per international standards. Result in zero breakdown.

Levelling Stand With Spirit

Buzzer

Buzzer is provided for knowing that bend wheel has taken home position to avoid accident due to operator’s mistake. If operator fails to reach home position by foot switch, then system will reset & then he has to operate by inching push button.

Bend Wheel & Locator Pin

The bend wheel is a circular disc on the top of the machine
It holds the pressure pin during bending operation.
On the edge of the bend wheel, there are holes to insert and adjust the location of the locator pin.
It is a cylindrical pin, which is inserted in the holes of the bend wheel to adjust the angle for bending the bars.
Each consecutive hole on the bend wheel is defined with an angle of four degrees.
Bend wheel holds pressure pins & locator pin.
Locator pins are used to cut off limit switch to set angle

Three Degree Setting

Automatic for three nos. degrees setting by means of electrical switches, since we have PLC based operations.
Degree setting will be customized depending on locator pin location on bend wheel.
Without removing the locator pin, make three degree bend in single rod.
Three different degree bends is possible by bend selector switch by one time setting of three locator pins.
Pre-selection switch make operation 2 time faster.

Limit Switches

The machine has two limit switches at both the sides (front and back).
The limit switch is used to restrict the rotation of the bend wheel in 360 degrees.
This allows getting the exact bent for the selected angle.
Limit switches are provided for exact bend & restricts 360 deg. rotation to avoid accident.

Stirrup Pin

Stirrup pin is provided as a reference axis for the bar to be bent.
It is used to bend rebar upto 12mm.
Stirrup pin is fixed at the centre hole of the bend wheel in line with bush holding pin / stirrup pressure pin.
Stirrup pin is provided for bending TMT bar upto 12mm.

Emergency Switches

The machine is provided with two emergency switches one on the electrical panel that is front and the other on the back side of the machine.
This is for the safety of the operator.
An operator can use the foot pedal and return buttons to perform bending operations.
The emergency switch comes handy when the braking system fails or does not function properly.
Emergency switches are provided for safety of operator.

Stirrup Plc With Braking System

Advance PLC control panel with Siemens make PLC and safety logic to prevent over travel of bend wheel.
Easy for fault finding, versatile with the programming and easy expandability, compact design & reduces component & wiring.

Ammeter & Voltmeter

Ammeter is provided to check fault of electric supply & Voltmeter to detect Voltage drop in power supply. Work Hour Meter is provided for evaluating hours of work done on machine.

Bushes, Pins & Keeper Plate

Bushes & pins are made of high strength hardened material & it has hard chrome plating for rust prevention.
Long life without any damage on bush and hard chrome plating provides long life corrosion protection.
Keeper plate is provided on top of bushes for safe operation.
Keeper plate prevents bush from coming out of the pin, this provides safety to operator during bar bending operation.

IE2 Motor

Energy efficient IE2 Motors are used. Entire gearbox motor has international warranty.
Energy efficient motor, less running cost, Enhanced motor life and it comes with international warranty.
Cost of IE2 Motor is 10% higher then IE1 but the advantage for end users is a considerable reduction in running costs over the lifecycle of the IE1 rated motor.

Rear Door Tray

Tray is provided for keeping Drawing paper, Documents & Instruction Manual.

Measuring Attachment

Measuring attachment provided for marking required dimension of ring of TMT bar to bend.
Saves time of operator by avoiding manual measurement

Movable Saddles

Saddles are provided for locating Checking block, square pin & bending pins .
It also adjust as per requirement to support rebar during operation.
Movable saddle provided for locating pins to support rebar during operation.
