Installation Procedure

Step 1 - ‘I-beam’ Frame & Base frame Installation

Install I beam frame in lift shaft with anchoring & then mount base frame on I beam frame with M30 Bolts

Step 2: 1st Mast Assembly


  • Mount 1 Nos. Mast on Base frame with help of pin joint as shown in fig.
  • Weight of mast: 1800 Kg.

Step 3: 2nd Mast Assembly


Mount 2nd Mast with ladder & platform on 1st mast with help of pin joint as shown in fig. Weight of mast & platform: 2000 Kg.

Step 4: Center ring assembly

Mount center ring assly on mast assly with Pin joint as shown in fig.

Step 5: Boom assembly

Joint Boom assly to center ring with 2 nos Pin as shown in fig.

Step 6: Counterweight assembly

Add 3 Nos counterweight (1 Ton Each) one by one on counterweight Boom as shown in fig.

Step 7: Electric Connection & connect wireless Remote

  • Connect Electric Supply-3 Phase, 415V/50 Hz
  • Motor Power : 10 HP/7.5 kw
  • With Help of Wireless Remote operate boom.
