Installation Procedure

Step 1 - ‘I-beam’ Frame & Base frame Installation

Install I beam frame in lift shaft with anchoring & then mount base frame on I beam frame with M30 Bolts

Step 2: 1st Mast Assembly

Mount 1 Nos. Mast on Base frame with help of pin joint as shown in fig.
Weight of mast: 1200 Kg.

Step 3: 2nd Mast Assembly

Mount 2nd Mast with ladder & platform on 1st mast with help of pin joint as shown in fig.
Weight of mast & platform: 1500 Kg.

Step 4: Boom assembly

Mount Boom assly on mast assly with help of Pin joint.
Weight of Boom Assly: 3000 Kg

Step 5: Counterweight assembly

Add 2 Nos counterweight (1 Ton Each) one by One on counterweight Boom as shown in fig.

Step 6: Electric Connection & connect wireless Remote

Connect Electric Supply-3 Phase, 415V/50 Hz

With Help of Wireless Remote operate boom.
