The mission, machine and the man- Mr. Mahendra Mehta is the Founder and Chairman of Spartan. After completing his degree in Engineering with specialization in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai, he took a job in NSE, Goregaon. Within couple of years he founded Spartan in the year 1971 with a humble beginning with 2 lathe machines and 2 workers. His core work was to do customised machining for various customers in Mumbai and suburbs. Due to his sincerity, hard work and knowledge he was well accepted in the market and grew manifold and faster.
Mahendra Mehta is active, even today in company’s affairs like finance, administration and production, and also shares his knowledge and experience with the staff. He dedicates his success to the blessings of God and the people who met and contributed to his success all the way long. He believes in Employee development and has always considered all the employees as his family. He participates in various internal events and activities, thereby constantly boosting morale of the employees.
