Making a difference, experience in business growth and client relations spans over 2 decade during which I have spearheaded and managed business development, client relations, safety, security, operations, and disaster management initiatives across organizations. An extensive stint in the fire and safety space followed by holding senior executive level positions at esteemed organizations, helped me evolve into a pioneer in handling training, execution and implementation along with disaster management with deep focus on tropical map. I have a vast domain knowledge and diverse exposure helping me in devising an organization’s mission and strategic direction including security training.

Mr. Monga plays an integral role in Spartan Engineering Industries Pvt Ltd by investing his learnt global Fire and Safety expertise for evacuation solutions and developing ‘Fire Evacuation Lifts’ as per need analysis. He also spearheads the marketing and business development strategies which enables a successful track record of client satisfaction by maintaining standards of International Expert Planning and current market trends. Prior to joining Spartan, he played a significant role in various organizations in the likes of Tops Security, Vimal Fire, Agile Security, Richfeel and Spa Technical Services gaining an experience of over 25 years+. Fortunately a major part of his career was spent strategizing & working closely with the Founders & Directors that enabled him with a hands on experience in evaluating various nitty-gritty’s of Fire & Security services and other genres of understanding a business and developing deep insights on various day-to-day operational challenges. In his early stints he established himself as an induction trainer on sales & corporate. He has launched over more than 30 brands and executed over 10+ turnkey projects with absolute system oriented installation and implementation.
As the customer and market Custodian, he spearheaded and launched successful fire and safety training and campaigns to strengthen the roots of safety solutions and security functions. He has received shadowed fire and rescue training in Aberdeen UK. Environmental Management Sustainability (ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) UK.
