Geared Motor

  • European make inline helical bevel geared type high efficiency geared motor is provided.

Centrifugal Brake

  • The safety device is fitted on a separate plate in the carriage. The safety device is actuated by a centrifugal force and stops the platform in case the speed 0.4 mtr/sec times exceed than normal traveling speed.

Guide Rollers

  • All Guide rollers are anti corrosion & Hard chrome plated.
  • Eccentricity limit marking on eccentric shaft make easyroller adjustment.
  • Self align lever roller at top and bottom of carriage.

Carriagee

  • Carriage constructed from high quality, standard tube.
  • Carriage incorporated with drive unit.

Locate Base Frame

  • Locate the Base Frame at the Ground location with cage.

Electromagnetic brake system

  • In case of power failure hoist can be lower down manually by releasing the hand lever brake.
