Electrical Safety Test

Superior Finish Machine Body

• Body made of high quality Steel, 7 tank process to activate surace tor powder coat bonding and final coat of high quality PP (Pure polyester) powder coating.

Punch Grid Dynamic Brake Resistor

• Punch Grid DBR (Dynamic Brake Resistor) is provided in Hoist
• 100% duty cycle. Corrosion free. No overheating & overloading, easy assemblv or resistors. Also insulators are provided wnich break electric contact with metal structure.

Branded Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)

• VED/Variable Frequencv Drive) is provided in machine control panel which is of Worldwide acclaimed companies like Schneider, Mitsubishi.
• It eliminates jerks by operating motors smoothly. Increases lIfe or machine reduces maintenance, provides torque adjustments, reduce energy consumption & running cost.

Full Height Base Enclosure & Cage Interlock

• Base Enclosure Desian changed to suit customer requirements
• It will unwanted entry to cage
• Full height base enclosure provided with provided with Cage door mechanical and electrical lnterock.
• Mechanical interlock prevent entry of person inside base enclosure when cage at upper floor also electrical interlock stop the cage if base enclosure door opened forcefully.

Auto Reset Safety Device

Busbar

• Sliding Contact Line (Busbar) is used for power supply througnout working height
