Square Mast

• Mast structure made of high quality, standard tube, incorporated with high strength sheet metal bend angle. Hot deep galvanization provided for surface protection.
• Rack is of 6 module, made of high tensile steel.
• High tensile steel gives robustness, hot deep galvanizing increases life of part, smaller module gives perfect engagement of teeth along with stability.

Wall Tie

• Wall tie structure made of high quality, standard tube, incorporated with high strength sheet metal bend angle.
• Hot deep galvanization provided for surface protection.
• Telescopic design gives scope for adjustment in length to suit any projection from building edge, Higher life of parts.

Checkered Plate

• Chequered plate is provided at bottom side of vertical frames.
• It will avoid scratches on bottom panels which will remove use of plywood at bottom which in turn save cost of ply.

Noise Preventive Rubber Packing

• Rubber Packing provided for all enclosure sheet fittings and at metal to metal contact, enhanced fit and finish.
• Noise free operation, superior fit and finish with rubber packing.

Automatic Landing Platform in Exit Door

• Hydraulic cylinder operated landing platform opening in Exit side Half sliding door.
• It provides ease in operation of landing platform opening as it is automatic operated.

Hard Chrome Plated Rollers

• All rollers provided in hoist are made of High strength material and they are Hard Chrome Plated.
• Eccentricity on shaft is provided to absorb any fabrication error.
• Hard chrome plating restricts corrosion of roller surface, increases life.
• Rollers are self align in various axis as per mast alignment for get smooth and vibration free travel of cage.

Mechanical Lock With Micro Switch

• Mechanical lock is provided to lock the machine at any position during erection / maintenance.
• It locks required position just by tightening the bolt behind rack which enhances the safety of service engineer during maintenance.
• Micro Limit switch is provided in mechanical lock.
• Micro limit switch will not allow to move cage during erection / maintenance

Anti-Skid Cage Roof

• Top roof is made of robust chequered plate
• Chequered plate on top safeguard operator from falling object, also it gives grip (anti- skid) to installation / maintenance persons.

Branded Bearings

• All rollers used in hoist has SKF, FAG make bearings.

Motorized Mast Erection Jib

• Mast Erection Jib is provided for erection of mast along with motor for easy lifting.
• Reduces human efforts to lift mast, Top frame can rotate 360° through bearing to insert mast at required location.

Base Enclosure With Interlock

• Full height base enclosure provided with Sliding door for entry.
• It is provided with Cage Interlock

Punch Grid Dynamic Brake Resistor

• Punch Grid DBR (Dynamic Brake Resistor) is provided in Hoist
• 100% duty cycle, Corrosion free, No overheating & overloading, easy assembly of resistors. Also insulators are provided which break electric contact with metal structure.

• VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) is provided in machine control panel which is of Worldwide acclaimed companies like Schneider, Mitsubishi.
• It eliminates jerks by operating motors smoothly, increases life of machine, reduces maintenance, provides torque adjustments, reduce energy consumption & running cost.

10 Inches HMI

• 10” HMI is provided in control panel.
• It gives alarms/warnings, Reliable messaging tool, improved communication.

European Gear Motor

• German Make Energy efficient IE2 Motors are used. It has international warranty
• Cost of IE2 Motor is 10% higher then IE1 but the advantage for end users is a considerable reduction in running costs over the lifecycle of the IE1 rated motor
• Energy efficient motor, less running cost, Enhanced motor life and its comes with international warranty.

Load Cell

• Load cell is provided for overload protection in machine.

Safety Door At Landing - Optional

• Safety landing door are available in two different sizes 1.2 mtr height & 2 mtr. height
• Doors having spring loaded hinges hence it is auto closing.

• Fault Indication Display is provided in control panel.
• HMI gives complete status of machine like any fault, machine running hours, floor position, overload detection etc.

Auto Reset Safety Device
