Advanced PLC Panel

  • 3 type different bending angle will be made through PLC in one setting. Hence saving time & more production.
  • The latest control panel is easy to maintain due to its well thought design and it also eradicates water clogging.
  • It restrict rotation of bend wheel above 330 degree.

Synthetic Oil

  • This oil is used instead of conventional gear oil, which eliminates oil changing and it comes with life time warranty. It gives low & high temperature viscosity performance. It has resistance to oxidation, thermal breakdown and oil sludge problems. It also helps in longer life of the gear box.

Limit Switches

  • It has two limit switches, front and back side.
  • This gives precise bend at a selected angle. These are Tele-mechanique branded and comes with metal rollers which are less consumables and with high accuracy.
  • Position of limit switch to be explained. Its strategically positioned on top plate for easy maintenance.

Planetary Gear Box

  • Planetary gear box is having outstanding power transmission efficiencies with 97% of input energy transmission.
  • High torque and reduced load inertia with gradual reduction of speed gives longer life and no jerks to gearboxes.

Cover for Bend Wheel

  • It comes with top cover for bend-wheel & Limit switches. The top cover is provided for easy shifting at sites. The top cover is designed in such a way that rod dust will not go in bend-wheel and can be cleaned with brush easily.

Hard Chrome Plated Pins

  • Component like Pins bush, Roller, Khob etc. with Hard Chrome Plate for better surface quality and rust prevention.

Body Frame Design

  • Body frame design is improved, Vertical and horizontal member size is increased making it more robust and steady. Robust design machine frame to withstand load during bending operations.

3 Bending Pre-selection

  • 3 Bending Radius and be pre-set so without removing the locator pin three different degree bend is possible by bend selector switch. Pre-selection switch makes operation 2 time faster.

Grease Lubricated Gear Box

  • Advance technology grease lubricated gear box is used. Traditional oil lubricated gear box has high chances of oil leakage. Unlike oil lubricant gearbox there is no need to check lubricant level frequently. Also No leakage issues.
