Car Parking – Spartan

Operating Principle

This system is combined by steel framework structure (or concrete framework), elevator, carrier, transverse parking and pick-up device, turning device, garage door as well as safety measuring equipment, and electric control system. The elevator conducts vertical moving and the transverse moving device within it conducts, transverse moving of the car and the loading board underneath, thus to fulfill the function of parking and pick-up.

Features of the system

  • Parking system utilizes maximum vertical and pit space while occupying minimum ground footprint.
  • Single entry/exit point and driveway required.
  • Separate Entry/exit door can also be provided as per requirement.
  • Automated Sliding Door at entry/exit point.
  • Structure with design validated by ANSYS software with considerations of Seismic, wind loads, dead loads, live loads and other important factors as per IS Codes.
  • Single deep (1 car on both side of cart), double Deep (2 cars on both sides of cart), triple deep (3 cars on both side of cart) or the combination of these is feasible to achieve maximum space utilization.
  • System can be designed with 3 different parking level heights to maximize the number of parking slots.
  • System possible in lengthwise and widthwise parking of cars.
  • Standard system comes with car capacity of 2000 kg and 2500 kg ,
    customization available for higher capacities.
  • Powder coated structure.
  • Safety features: vehicle profile check with audio visual parking guidance, obstacle sensors at entry/exit, sensors for pallet positioning, overtravel safety, shaft clearance sensors etc.
  • SS sliding doors for lift entry/exit. (Various options to improve aesthetics available for doors like etched patterns, etc.)
  • Over speed governor for lifts as an additional safety to prevent free fall.
  • Lifting speed of 60 meters/minute available.
  • PLC based system with touch screen, key authentication and RFID key FOBs for system operations by default.
  • Mobile app can be provided on demand
  • Emergency push button at multiple location as per safety
    requirement.
  • Motors and Controls are with IP55 Protection.
  • All sensors and limit switches of minimum IP65 protection.

Diamond make Chain and Sprocket

Chain used for horizontal movement contains a case-hardened pin and heavier sidebars for increased fatigue strength and wear life inhigh speed or abrasive applications.

All switchgear used Electrical control panel design as per IEC 61439 standard. All cables & wires are of standard make.

Branded Skf/fag Heavy Duty Bearings

Reliable branded bearing with shock resistance, steady Its life is longer than local make. Improves performance and is breakdown free operation.

Usha Martin Wire Rope used for Lifting Pallet

Geared Traction Machine

Geared motors have increased rigidity and are resistant, therefore, compared to standard motors, geared motors are less subject to issues caused by load torque fluctuations. High stability and position accuracy can be expected even when there are fluctuations in load.

Material Finish

Painting forms a layer of protection that prevents corrosion. It may not be that thick, but it is a dependable layer that prevents outside chemicals from interacting with the steel. Therefore, it ensures your metal projects are more durable in the long run.

Laser Sensor

Laser sensors used front and rear of the system to detect car positioning and avoid accidents.

Touch Screen Display & Limit Switches

Touch screen HMI is provided to select the proper car, car number shown on display. All fault indication will be shown on display. Limit switch provided in Spartan Stacker which is of Worldwide acclaimed companies like Schmersal , Teknic etc. Branded limit switch gives more life & easy for operation.

All Roller & Shaft

Hard Crome Plating is versatile and offers many advantages. It is used to keep parts protected from natural wear, abrasion and corrosion, and adds hardness to the surface for all types of applications in varying conditions.

Roller Guide Shoe

Roller guide arrangement consisting of a suspension-tyre system on guide rail section. 4 sets of spring loaded guide wheels with hard runner coating gives smooth and jerk less ride by sliding over the guide rails. Unlike guide shoes, these guide wheels doesn’t require any lubrication.

Guide Rail

The high strength guide rail bracket means the part of guide fixing which carries the guide seating or bolts and forged guide clips, serves to secure them to building or structure. Rails come with anti-rust coating which prevents rusting.
