Special Sensors
Radar Sensor
- Auto landing call book .
- Radar sensor to make the elevator smarter by controlling the doors based on human presence and direction of movement detection.
- Additionally, radar has a huge advantage over PIR sensors as it detects the direction of movement so that it only opens the door whenever necessary.
Car Position Sensor
- It ensure car in right position inside cabins.

Special features
In case of a main power supply failure, the lift stopped between two floors is moved to floor level, the automatic door is opened and passengers are out safely, for lifts with automatic door, in case of a main power supply failure at floor level, the door is remain opened.

Over Speed Governor
An over speed governor is one of the components of such a safety system. It acts as a stopping mechanism when the elevator car reaches an excessive velocity, known as tripping speed. When the tripping speed is reached, the over speed governor is mechanically locked and halts the rope, thus stopping the elevator car.

Roller Guide Shoe
Roller guide arrangement consisting of a suspension-tyre system on guide rail section. 4 set of spring loaded guide wheels with hard runner coating gives smooth and jerk less ride by sliding over the guide rails.Unlike guide shoes, these guide wheels doesn’t require any lubrication
Buffer Spring
The Buffer spring is designed to absorb high compressive force within a small space and it has made up with wound flat steel wire. It can withstand very high impact load. Oil Buffer spring force selected as per speed and load of the cabin and counter weight hence it with stands the load and gives minimum bouncing effect.

Guide Rail
The high strength guide rail bracket means the part of guide fixing which carries the guide seating or bolts and forged guide clips and serves to secure them to building or structure. Rails come with anti rust coating which prevents rusting.
